Ecological design
Restoration
Project design relies on restoration of degraded lands with native species, often with secondary project activities to address core causes of degradation, such as agroforestry, conservation, and cookstoves.
Government partners
Project design is informed by government partners, community preferences, and ecological context with Carbon Direct.
Investment design
Revenue & benefit share
All projects will produce carbon removal credits under Article 6 with alignment and benefit sharing at the centre. Revenue share of carbon is distributed to govrnment and community partners, with communities often central to implementation and employment plans of the project.
Technology
Our technological partner Terraspect manages distributions and transparency of revenue share.
